The Finishing Process

1. Submit Your Finishing Form

Start by completing the finishing form with details about your canvas and preferences.
If you have any questions before submitting, feel free to reach out—I’m always happy to help guide you!

2. Prepare & Ship Your Canvas within Two Weeks

Once your form is submitted:

  • Print a copy of your form and include it with your canvas

  • Place your needlepoint in a Ziploc bag for protection

  • Mail it in a padded envelope or box

Please ensure all stitches (including beads, French knots, etc.) are fully secured before shipping.

For shipping, I recommend using Pirate Ship for the best rates.

3. Confirmation of Receipt

I will confirm once your canvas has been received through Instagram DMs—typically within a few days of delivery.

4. Pricing & Invoice

You will receive an invoice within a few weeks of your canvas arriving.
Payment is not required upfront, but I aim to provide pricing early for full transparency.

5. Finishing Your Piece

Your canvas will be carefully finished according to your selected options.
If any questions come up during the process, I will reach out (typically via Instagram DM) to confirm details.

6. Final Payment

Once your piece is complete:

  • I will check if your invoice has been paid

  • If not, I’ll send a reminder before shipping

After payment is complete, your finished piece will be shipped back to you.

7. Delivery

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way!
